Described as a form of graffiti that employs colourful displays of knitted cloth rather than paint or chalk, this movement has taken hold in urban landscapes around the world and has now appeared in Gravenhurst, where an anonymous knitter humourously tagged the town's bear and fish fountain, changing its salmon to rainbow trout.

  1. I saw the fish in their little fish socks and wondered what had happened! I have heard of these events but never thought that this is what happened here. What a laugh! I am glad that the town didn't immediately remove them.

  2. This is great! I do yarn bombing all the time, but I always love to see more of it, especially lot's of different places.

  3. Hello Grandmother's Legacy.
I had never heard about this before and only learned about it when I showed some people this picture.
